We are a family-friendly Recreation Centre offering a variety of services and indoor facilities to help you on your way to reaching a healthier lifestyle.
We have highly-qualified instructors conducting a wide range of Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training and Group Personal Training sessions.
Other facilities on site include a fully equipped weights gym, a cardio room with cross-trainers, treadmills, rowers and bikes, a sauna to relax and detox those hard working muscles, a café to serve you a nice healthy meal and we are also one of a handful of clubs that have squash courts.
Most importantly, there is NO JOINING FEE and we don’t lock you into any long-term contracts.

We emphasise the importance of diet and exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle and create a friendly, non-intimidating environment so our members to come in throughout the day and be able truly enjoy a good workout.
Opening Hours
Monday to Friday: 6:15am to 9:00pm
Saturdays and Sundays: 8:00am to 3:00pm
Public Holidays: Closed
