Fit For Life
Fit for Life is an enjoyable, social strength-training program designed to improve health, quality of life and fitness for people aged 50 and over.
Strength training for older people helps to build and maintain muscle mass and increases bone mineral density to improve strength, mobility, coordination, flexibility, gait and balance.
These benefits play a major role in reducing arthritis, osteoporosis as well as the incidence of falls in older adults.

Free Creche
Having young children is not an excuse to limit your exercise goals.
There is a crèche available at the centre run by friendly caring staff ready to look after your child while you enjoy the centre facilities.
With a myriad of entertainment for your child inside the crèche, there is also a shaded playground on the outside of the crèche for your child to have just as much fun as you are.
Available Monday to Friday, 9am – 10:30am.
